Waist belt: 75–120 cm (29.5–47.2 in). Support frame: 42–50 cm (16.5–19.7 in). Dimensions are based on supplier specifications.
Turn clockwise for more support, or counterclockwise for less. Follow the supplied fitting and adjustment instructions.
